PLEASE FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES FOR ALL RETURNS AND CLAIMS
 
 
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:  ALL GOODS ARE DOUBLE CHECKED, CAREFULLY PACKAGED AND SHIPPED IN GOOD CONDITION.
 
 

PRODUCTS THAT ARE DAMAGED  (REGARDLESS OF THE CONDITION OR APPEARANCE OF THE BOX) MUST BE REPORTED TO THE CARRIER

 
 
 
Request a temporary damage claim number. Retain the original box and packaging material until it is inspected or released by the carrier.
 
RETURNS: ALL returned goods must have a return authorization number. Returned merchandise (except for defects in manufacturing) must be suitable for resale. To obtain an RA number, please call (707) 836-9420. Be prepared to provide the original invoice number and the reason for the return. A copy of the invoice must accompany the return. The RA number must appear on the outside of the box or it will be refused.
 
At the time we receive the returned product, the quality assurance coordinator will determine the appropriate action to be taken and follow up with you as necessary. Authorized returns will be settled by exchange or refund check, repair, or replacement at the discretion of our quality assurance department.
 
 

ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
